ESSWAP Foundation processes your personal data you provide in this form, firstly for the purpose of making a selection of participants for ESSWAP 2009 and secondly, in case you are selected as a participant, for all the administrative proceedings regarding your participation in ESSWAP 2009 itself. By submitting this form, you give permission to ESSWAP Foundation to process your personal data for these purposes.

Further, ESSWAP Foundation would like to distribute some information about your professional career, namely your relevant past experience and your current research focus, to the other participants of ESSWAP 2009 in order to inform them about the backgrounds of all participants of ESSWAP 2009.
