The European Summer School for Whole Animal Pharmacology (ESSWAP) organizes its fifth course on behavioural pharmacology to June 14-19, 2009. Host facilities will kindly be provided by Schering-Plough Organon, Oss, the Netherlands.

The course is set up specifically for bio-scientists who want to expand their understanding of behavioural pharmacology as the ultimate level of integrative phenotyping, to acquire the knowledge and necessary skills for the good conduct of behavioural experiments, and to soundly extrapolate their data to clinical pharmacology.

The course is open to 12 participants, admitted on the basis of their qualifications and letters of recommendation by supervisors or managers. Those willing to participate are invited to apply using the questionnaire online.
