Lodging
Hotel costs are included in the Tuition Fee. During the course, meals and refreshments are provided at no additional charge. Dietary requests can be made in the registration questionnaire.

International Travel
International Flights into Schiphol, Amsterdam Airport.
Direct trains depart every half hour from Schiphol to Utrecht Central Station.

Local Shuttle
Sunday June 24 from Utrecht Central Railway Station to the Hotel.

from the Hotel to the Institute at 08:00 am

Documentation
A documentation folder is provided at the course. Media disks containing the actual slide presentations and video material presented at the course will be available end 2012 at no charge to participants and staff members.

2010 DVD
A DVD containing full documentation of the 2010 course is available for EUR 250 including shipping and administration costs.
